Occupational Therapy

Supporting your daily life

We know the term ‘occupation’ can sound a little like ‘work’, but it is the term that identifies everything you want or need to be able to do in your day. We typically call these ‘activities of daily living’ (ADLs for short).

We understand the importance of safety or necessary engagement in ADLs, but we also make sure we can prioritise those that bring other enjoyment to your life, like leisure and recreation.

Our Occupational Therapists are committed, fun and perhaps even a little quirky. Our creative and passionate team provides you with individual, unique support.

Working across the lifespan, our OT’s can support you with whatever goal you have in mind.
