A few things you will need:

  • Relevant discipline-specific University Bachelor’s degree qualification
  • Current registration with AHPRA or membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain
  • Working with Children Check, or an ability to obtain
  • Current drivers’ licence
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
  • Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

 You don’t need to have a working knowledge of the NDIS or have worked in the disability sector – you do need to want to work with our clients who want to live their best life with a disability, and we can guide you on understanding the finer points of the NDIS standards and procedures.

Pacific Health and Wellbeing always aim to support current University students seeking placement and new graduates embarking on the first years of their career.

We welcome Universities to contact us for student placements, in any of our locations, in the disciplines of Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy.
