Pacific Health & Wellbeing is delighted to announce the appointment of Jinny, a recent Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) graduate from the University of Queensland, to our Brisbane team. Jinny will be delivering physiotherapy services to participants throughout the Brisbane and Toowoomba regions.
With a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals, Jinny is dedicated to supporting individuals through long-term rehabilitation, empowering them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
"I am particularly passionate about long-term rehabilitation," says Jinny. "Being part of a team where I can help people regain their independence and achieve the things they want in life is incredibly motivating. It's about supporting people in a way that empowers them to live as fully as possible."
During her education, Jinny completed several placements across various healthcare settings, including public hospitals and community clinics. A highlight of her experience was assisting a participant to complete the recent Bridge to Brisbane fun run. This achievement demonstrated the potential of individuals with disabilities to reach remarkable goals and further fueled Jinny’s desire to work with this community.
Scott, Senior Physiotherapist and Queensland Team Leader at Pacific Health & Wellbeing, shared, "Jinny’s enthusiasm and dedication to improving people’s lives through her physiotherapy practice will be a great asset to our team. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our participants in the Brisbane and Toowoomba regions."
Outside of work, Jinny enjoys staying active through social sports like tennis and basketball, spending time with friends, and meeting new people. Pacific Health & Wellbeing is confident that Jinny’s fresh perspective and commitment to high-quality care will further strengthen the services provided to our participants.
