Shelley brings over 15 years of business management and team-building experience to her role. Passionate about leading positive change, Shelley excels at helping her team reach their full potential and identifying ways to bridge gaps in service delivery to achieve the best outcomes for participants. With a strong focus on the NDIS sector, she is driven by the need for high-quality services, particularly in remote communities.

Outside of work, Shelley is a dedicated wildlife carer, tending to wallabies with her family on their rural block. She enjoys simple pleasures like fishing, camping, and strumming her guitar, life doesn’t get much better than sharing these moments with loved ones.
