Nikita I

Occupational Therapist Gold Coast

Nikita grew up in the coastal town of Airlie Beach before moving to the Gold Coast, where she completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Southern Cross University. Before stepping into her career as an Occupational Therapist, Nikita spent 11 years working as a flight attendant. This role allowed her to travel widely, connect with people from all walks of life, and develop a deep appreciation for supporting others with care, patience, and adaptability. It was these experiences, combined with her natural interest in health and wellbeing, that inspired her to pursue Occupational Therapy.

Nikita was drawn to Pacific Health & Wellbeing for its strong focus on community practice and its reflective, supportive team environment. She values the opportunity to spend time with people in their own environments, build authentic connections, and tailor support to fit meaningfully into everyday life. She enjoys working with people across the lifespan and supporting a variety of needs and goals, seeing each client as unique, and is passionate about helping people feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Outside of work, Nikita enjoys reading, relaxing at the beach, and travelling both locally and internationally to explore new cultures, experiences, and destinations.
