With a heart for music, Morgan is a creative occupational therapist who joined Pacific Health & Wellbeing in 2023 after completing her industry placement with the company.
Having had the goal of being an OT since she was 15 years old, one of the biggest inspirations and successes for Morgan was her participation in running a sensory camp with Deakin University. It was during this camp that Morgan’s interest in sensory intervention and using music as a form of therapy was born and as such her approach to therapy is shaped by the understanding that everyone’s sensory experience is unique. Occupational therapy is Morgan’s passion and combined with her bubbly personality you’ll find a clinician who is always working towards what is best for her clients.
Morgan is all about living life to the fullest and so you will often find her at festivals, concerts, relaxing on the beach (less so in Darwin with all the friendly crocs around!), conquering a hill on her bike, or mindfully reading and colouring. Her extroverted personality and enthusiasm for anything new comes across both in how she lives her life and how she approaches her relationship with participants. Morgan loves getting to know her clients and figuring out what is most important to each person. Her individualised approach means that each session is tailored to the needs of the participant and working towards their meaningful goals with a diverse range of techniques.
