Our Team

With over 25 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including more than 18 years leading clinical, operational and business teams, Kirstie brings a wealth of expertise and a genuine passion for building healthy, resilient workplaces to everything she does.

Kirstie's career began in the UK, where she spent over a decade in senior and team leader roles across the NHS and social services, working across orthopaedics, dementia care, complex rehabilitation, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, community neuro rehab and falls prevention. She also managed the administration of disabled facilities grants for major and minor housing adaptations, led service development projects, and trained and supervised clinical and non-clinical staff.

After emigrating to Australia in 2017, Kirstie continued building on this strong clinical foundation, moving into leadership roles that combined hands-on OT work with strategic business growth. She now oversees clinicians across the Brisbane, Darwin, Toowoomba Hervey Bay and the Gold Coast regions, where her focus is on quality and providing the highest standards of care.

Kirstie leads with a strong focus on health, wellbeing and resilience, believing that supporting the people behind the service is just as important as the clinical outcomes they help deliver.

Outside of work, Kirstie enjoys reading, art and yoga, spending time with friends and being in the outdoors with her two dogs, Fozzie and Roxanne.
