Our Team

Kirra has been residing on the Gold Coast for the last nine years and is following the coast to Hervey Bay in July 2026. Originally from Port Macquarie, she was drawn to Occupational Therapy (OT) for its holistic approach to supporting people.

With a passion for holistic, client-centred care, Kirra brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to her work. She is passionate about empowering participants of all ages and backgrounds to engage meaningfully in daily life and build lasting independence. Kirra particularly enjoys Home & Living assessments, capacity building, Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and prescriptions, and working across paediatric and psychosocial settings — though her generalist background means she thrives wherever she is needed most.

Having graduated in 2020, Kirra has accumulated 5.5 years of community-based OT experience across a diverse range of roles and settings. Her background spans paediatrics, generalist practice and clinical leadership, and she has collaborated with participants, families and stakeholders across homes, schools, early learning centres, SIL houses and day programs.

Kirra holds certification in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Mental Health First Aid and has experience in Keyword Sign. She loves using strengths-based methods to engage participants, tailoring her approach to meet each person where they are.

Outside of work, Kirra enjoys the gym and maintaining her fitness, and spending time with her Golden Retriever exploring the outdoors and hitting the beach. She is passionate about walking alongside participants at every stage of their journey, celebrating each milestone along the way.
