Our Team

Katelyn completed a Master of Speech and Language Therapy at Charles Darwin University in 2025. Originally from a rural town, Katelyn understands the importance of accessible, person-centred healthcare and is passionate about supporting individuals and communities to achieve their communication and swallowing goals. 

 

Katelyn enjoys working with people across the lifespan and supporting individuals with a range of communication and swallowing needs. She takes a strength-based approach to therapy, striving to create a supportive and collaborative environment where each person feels heard, valued and empowered in their communication journey. Her areas of passion include early language development, speech sound development, literacy, adult swallowing, aphasia therapy, and post-stroke care. 

 

Before joining Pacific Health and Wellbeing, Katelyn worked as a Speech Pathologist in a paediatric clinic, where she gained experience supporting children and adolescents with a range of communication needs and developed a strong understanding of multidisciplinary care. 

 

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places and getting lost in a good book.
