Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Griffith University and is joining Pacific Health & Wellbeing with a strong commitment to strengths-based, client-centred practice. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families to work towards meaningful goals that support participation, confidence, and engagement in everyday life. She brings a thoughtful approach to her practice and is committed to evidence-based care, ongoing learning, and creating a safe space where clients and families feel supported.
Prior to graduating, Amy gained valuable experience working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, Support Worker and in Autism Connect Early (ACE), supporting individuals and families to progress towards their therapy goals within both clinic and everyday contexts. These experiences strengthened her appreciation for collaborative, family-centred practice and the importance of tailoring therapy to individual’s strengths, routines, and environments.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys exploring cafés, going on walks, spending time at the beach and starting her day with a good coffee or strawberry matcha
