Meet Abbey M, our fun-loving Occupational Therapist originally from Victoria. Abbey’s journey into OT has been anything but ordinary, starting with a memorable placement at Camp Jabiru, an intensive therapy camp for kids with sensory processing disorders. There, she had the chance to explore sensory processing and play-based interventions, which have become her true passions.
With three years of experience as a support worker and a 2023 graduate as a paediatric OT, Abbey is dedicated to helping participants thrive through creative, sensory-rich therapies. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with friends, exploring new places, and picking up new hobbies like crocheting.
Abbey joined Pacific Health & Wellbeing for the sunny Darwin lifestyle (and all the adventure it promises!) and is excited to work with a diverse range of participants. Her ultimate goal? To be the best OT she can be and make a real difference in people’s lives!
